Am i the only one who felt completely out-of-place, sian, frustrated, disgusted, and nonchalant when i went back to hc during MAF???

Fb just makes things even more meh and ew for me, coz of ALL the ppl reminiscing and going OMGAWD I MISS HWACHONG SO MUCH I WNA CRY and stuff.

I mean, yeah i understand how sad you are that you arent in the elite school being the elite bunch of students with yr elite group of friends anymore, i miss nanyang that way too but you dont see me going all retarded over it.

Day one of week 2 only and im starting to experience some negative stuffs about school.....

1) Class part. Ok this hasnt been THAT bad, coz i was expecting more irritating people + bullshit..... But more on my own side, i have thoughts most of the time but i just cant find the right time to express it out + not confident enough i think :( Maybe after more lessons it'll be better..... I HOPE

2) Scheming people. Okay, maybe person, coz of this girl from my twc class today. She was obv trying to get this other law girl (who spoke up a couple of times + very articulate + good points to share) into her grp, and daoing me / another girl who was just next to the law girl..... And whats worse, the ONLY time where i contributed (successfully), the prof forgot and thought the contribution was from her -.- And when he was like "it was you, wasnt it i cant rmbr", all she did was GENTLY shake her head, like hello just say it's not you lah then i can also shamelessly say "actually prof, it was me" LOLLLLLLLLL okay not a big deal but STILL. :/

3) Be a scheming person. Okay okay contradicts with point 2), but srsly, gotta look out for yourself most of the time man. Not necessarily BE SCHEMING, but you gotta rlly start thinking and doing things for yourself. Like my twc today, knew no one there, and we gotta have our grps done by this wk. Meaning, if i dont have any friends and i dont go and find ppl to grp with by the end of today, i would most prolly end up as those remaning ppl and anyhow grped with weird / self-mugger / random people. So yeah, after class was sooooo tempted to turn arnd and ask the two guys (coz each grp need 3) if they wna grp tgth but at the same time like ~~abit~~ very desperate, + not v nice to the viet girl sitting nxt to me coz i couldve just asked her..... So i just walked out of the SR and kinda like... gave up / left it to fate? Then i met Lucas and i just ranted about the grouping stuff (actl i think i was subconsciously finding someone to give me that extra push to rlly go up to the guys and ask them), then he was like "Yeah just go for it, see that guy there just go ask!" And thankfully one of the two guys were outside the toilet, so i just went up to him and asked AND YAY NOW I HAVE A GROUP. Totally not what i'd normally do but, i was desperate.

4) TIRED. :( How to survive school + cca (if i can get in emix/indancity) + tuitions + social life!!?????????? :(

End of another week! Time flies and soon next wk will be week 3!! Which means ive only 7 more wks with the bcps kids :( :( :(

Im going to sound so incoherent but I REALLY LUV MY KIDS. I love playing with them and teaching them new things (when they listen), but i just dont think im that cut out to be a good TEACHER. Cos i realised that to be a good teacher, you need to sacrifice being their friend. Which i dont think i am able to :'(

Really, i can just talk about my kids THE WHOLE DAY. The p1s, 1/2, 1/3, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7 kids, p2s, 2/2, 2/5, 2/7, 2/8 kids, p4s, 4/1, 4/2, 4/3, 4/4, 4/5, 4/7 kids, and the only p3 class, 3/7. HAHAHAH. Okay p3s are the hardest to handle. I conclude. Cos theyre like a mixture of p1s and p4s........... Childish yet rebellious. Damn hard to control. Have to teach them recorder for the remaining 7wks. Wish me luckzzzz.

Im really scared the memories i have with the kids will slowly fade away as i grow older and busier :( Omg im starting to dread/feel sad alr. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. But all humans have to move on in life dont we. After a few years, they'll all be teens and i really really wonder how they'll be like and if they'll even have a slight memory that there was once a 'Miss Park' who played and taught them. Haha.

I know! Maybe i shd use this place to note down interesting things i encounter with the kids every day or smthng :D This way in the future i can still come ovr here and embark in blissful nostalgia hehe.

Ok today. Maybe in point form.

1) Gave out test, walked arnd 4/1 4/2 and 4/3. First time seeing them doing smthng SO SERIOUSLY, like every single person. Guess thats the feeling our teachers get back in our own schooling days heh. Esp the usual jokers like Gary Tsan, Emmanuel, Princeton, Jetrickson etc., i really feel damn TOUCHED when theyre serious LOLOLOL. But after they finish they become monkeys again -.- -.- -.-

2) DARRENLIM!!!! Ryan's brother in 1/6, took their class just now cos Andrea had to take my 2/5 for choir auditions. HE IS SO CUTE AND BLUR LA!!!!!!!!! And he totally looks like Ryan though theyre 3 yrs apart. Darren is so small and cute and his eyes are small and just SO charimastic in the very blur way LOL. Even June also thinks hes damn cute HAHAHAHAHAHHA. Shanice (darren's twin) is sho cute too omg i luv the 3 siblings hahaha i wonder how their parents look like hmmmmmm.

3) Aiman. LOL. Sigh. I still feel extremely sad whenever i think / talk about him. It's just SO UNFAIR he's in such a screwed up family with screwed up parents :( Andrea was telling me, his siblings (he has about 2 sisters and 3 brothers) could take the blow of their parents divorcing and stuff but Aiman is the youngest so he couldnt take it. Then he would always say that he wna go bck to msia where his mom is. That is just super sad. Considering he is SUCH a problem kid. Sigh. He is not learning at all. He doesnt want to learn and stuff. The only way to keep him out of trouble is to sayang him. Which i did at first cos i realised hes that kind of kid. But then the problem gets worse. In a sense that he becomes SO ATTACHED to you that he starts telling you that he loves you and that you're his girlfriend :( For a p2, he knows too many things. Too many bad things, in fact. Just two days ago at class, he started swearing and shouting "fuck!!!!! fuckkkkkkkkkkkk" everywhere when obv he doesnt even knw what it means. And one time, he called me "eh you stupid bitch. you beeeetch". The only reaction was O.O and jaw drop. Omg. Where the hell did he learn such stuffs??? WHAT KIND OF PARENTS DO HE HAVE UH. I felt SO sad and even felt damn bad for being helpless. Like i can only see him like this every day and not be able to do anything about it........... At least Khairul is ABIT better but i think he still influences Aiman in the wrong way :( I think they're being abused also. Cos Aiman IS SUPER VIOLENT, maybe thats how he expresses himself. And i could see injury marks on his arms / legs. I can only pray that he wont be led further astray (cos i seriously think he has quite a bit of potential to break the law and stuff when he grows up)

4) So much much more kids, TimTan, zhuzhu, Jayven, blah........ I guess i enjoy kids coming up to me so innocently and telling me stuffs, i feel needed and they could rely on me :) I wish im the sister of all of them HAHAHAHAHHA. Even Youming (2/8, gekyong's hated class haha), when he cried today and came up to me like so poor thing and so wronged, i almost wanted to cry tgth with him LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. Yeah stuffs like that.

5) OK I LUV CUTE BOYS, HAHAHAHAHHAA. I am no pedo! I just find little boys soooooooooooo cute. Girls are super cute too but i still prefer boys :p Maybe cos im a female? LOL ok PLS REALLY IM NO PEDO/PERV. I still hate certain boys like the ZAVIER TEO who claims im the worst teacher and that he hates me. HMMPH. Back to my cute boys. Like the little p1s omggggg sho cutezxzxzx like Jared Low!!!!!!! And Zahirulaq. HEHEHEHEHEHHE. I swear i must take all of their photos and rmbr all of their names LOL. So that i can stalk them on fb in a few yrs' time HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA. I AM KRAZYYYYYYYYY. Then the older boys, wah alot rlly damn cute+shuai like cfm plus chop grow up damn goodlooking one whootwhooot.

OK enough of all these craziness.

Serious stuff, yest was my SMU Acct interview and i HONESTLY DO NOT KNOW how it'd turn out. Like not much clue. Cos it wasnt say a good attempt, nor a bad one. Wahlao eh why my life always like that. Sian. Now i just need to prayyyyy for acceptance letter to come pls!!!! plsplsplsplspls. And NTU ACCEPTANCE LETTER TOOOOOOOOOOO.

Bliss :) OK not exactly *blisss~~~* but at least now i somehow feel safe and contended with life. That is until i start freaking out about SMU interviews... Hahaha.

But main goal is still NTU Maritime (i know i know, fickle me). But i was looking random places and I rlly wna join NUS cos of their hiphop! Okay not that it's *awsmmm* or wtvr, but it seems pretty good and fun, and i THINK btr than NTU's. OMG. Decisions, decisions.

Lesson in less than an hour's time! Two keyboarding lessons + one childcare session (referring to P1s). HAHAHAHA. Shd be quite okay i hope, so long the P4s dont start going crazy in the MAC lab.......

Miracles. It has ALWAYS happened to me throughout my teenage years. Esp when it comes to results.......... Maybe thats why i took it for granted and just *prayed* for a good A's results. Ha ha ha. (Not that i didnt work hard for it la)

It's been almost a wk since we've all gotten our results and frankly, i feel nothing now. Really. I look at the people who went up stage and the first thing that went through my mind was: "Yeah i'll never be like them; from now on people like them are just gna be a smaller and smaller part of my life. Our lives will never cross alr. But i wouldnt wna be them cos i am who i am and i am proud to be me." How confident right. LOL.

Then results came. That adrenaline pumping through my blood as my queue got shorter and shorter. (towards Janise Phang LOL) Then it came, i took it, couldnt resist to take an immediate glance at it. And there it screams: B B B B A. B B B B A. *scan through again* Still B B B B A. *Blink blink* Turned back around to go to the back, some ppl made eye contact and all i could give was the kind of *sheepish-heh-heh-i--am-giving-this-awkward-smirk/smile-cos-i-am-obviously-not-happy-with-what-i-got* look.

Obv, i wasnt prepared for what i saw. I expected two As. And a tinyyyyy bit of me even had the audacity to hope for three and even all As. Hahaha. Same old lesson and i cant rmbr: The greater the expectations, the greater the disappointment. I knw this, and ive been telling myself that as well. But why cant i just FOLLOW it? I couldnt. No matter how hard i forced myself to (pretend to) have low expectations, deep down i knw im still hoping and hoping for a miracle.

Not that i am devastated by such results. It was SO neutral, i didnt knw what to feel. Until i start thinking about uni, about my friends, about how shameful i should be by even commending myself that i did well given my standards. Dont you think it's such a joke, to be happy/contended to get only ABBBB when people arnd me are crying that they missed an A? That's why i couldnt hold it. That queasiness grew all the way up to my heart, my throat, and finally my eyes. Sigh why do i cry so easily. Why cant i control my tears. I really couldnt. Esp when people start coming up to me and going "It's ok!!! It's really okay A levels are not the most impt thing." Yeah i know it's not, but anything that you say to me at that point of time is BULLSHIT. Try getting such results yourself, see whether you can tell yourself that then.

I guess i shdve just held on to my results, not look at them, and went home first. That would be SUCH a better option. But sigh no self-control so LOL open first. Then cry. Then people would think "wahlao still cry she so lousy shdve expected herself to screw up. Bet she got Cs and Ds". Ugh. So much for trying to hide my feelings. DAMMIT.

Oh wells. But at least now, no one would care about other ppl's results as much i think. So im feeling ~zen~ again. Except i am still troubled over what course i shd take. I want SMU acct but i dont think i can get in with my results. Still, im gna give it a shot. Im gna give my best shot at the interview. Then im gna get in SMU acct, work so hard i will look like a cui person, do lots of research, be annoyingly participative during classes, get a bad-ass internship, impress the boss, secure a job (even before graduating), graduate with awsm results, get that bad-ass job, earn big bucks, climb up the ranks, earn even more big bucks, be even better, earn so much big bucks i can fold origami with it and have extra, AND FINALLY FIND ALL THOSE PPL WHO'VE LOOKED DOWN ON ME AND SHOVE IT IN YOUR FACE MAN.

I rlly shd stop thinking / writing stuffs in the night - emotions are always stronger and i'll just end up saying things i'll regret.

Finally i can swim. Hehe. I like swimming. It makes me feel like i can conquer anything. Makes me feel powerful again. Not helpless anymore. I want to learn all the styles one day!

Tmrw, school day again :) Another challenging yet rewarding week is about to start hahahah i love teaching. It's so hard yet so fufilling, im beginning to think that this may just be the right career for me. But then again, im not so sure yet. Im probably enjoying teaching just cos im sorta treating this only as an experience / having fun, and not so much a job that i depend on for a living. So in the future, things may change :/ IDK!!!!!

But whats definitely true is I LIKE LOOKING AT LITTLE KIDS. HEEEHEEEE. Esp little boys HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA SORREY i rlly cant help it some of them are simply toooooooooooo cute / shuai. Then one day i damn umchio coz:

2nd post in a day. Needed something to neutralize the hate below.

Well LOVE. Love = music, music = love. Thats for sure :)

It's so hard finding good music that reaches out to me. Sure, clubbing songs are catchy; yes, kpop/jpop are awsmly addictive, but i still feel empty after listening to those.

But not for certain songs/artistes. I dont knw about other ppl, but for me, every time i listen to a song i like, i would wiki that artiste for the discography, and then go download ALL THE ALBUMS.

And most of the time i end up skipping lots of songs from my ipod cuz i simply do not like some (most) of the songs.

Examples
The Ting Tings: "That's not my name" is v catchy right, v popz too. Downloaded the whole album and the rest is.............. let's just say not my type. Cant even get past the intro for most of them

La Roux: "Im not your toy" and "Bulletproof". Two great songs. Whole album? I dont think so.

See. It's such albums/songs/artistes like these that wastes my ipod memory. LOL. So very rarely, i'll find albums whereby I WOULD LOVE EACH AND EVERY SONG INSIDE.

1) Evanescence. Deep lyrics, breathtaking voice, emo enough. My fav kind of song

2) Linkin Park. Ok only A FEW songs from them are crappish, the rest are (Y)

3) One Republic. I love love love each melody of EVERY song. No further explanations, feels like the songs are made for me. Haha. Perfect lyrics too.

4) Jay Chou. Need i say further?

I dont knw how to start this post. Hahaha oh my god it is alr 3rd Feb of 2011!

How time flies, really.

Suddenly came bck and decided to start blogging again cuz i saw qiuhan's blog, thought of my own abandoned one, and thought, hey, since no one ever comes here alr, why not just treat this as a place to occasionally pen (type) down life's moments and not get judged :) Oh and of course the *occasional* bitchfests.

I dont wna create a new blog cuz i want to keep this for as long as possible, so next time when i grow old i can just come bck here and see how much ive grown.

So anyway, first day of cny was. Boring. Stayed at home and watched movies like Gattaca, Scary Movie, etc. Oh and HIMYM too.

I love Gattaca. I dont know how to describe it, but Gattaca ALWAYS leaves me thinking about new / diff thoughts after watching (3rd time watching). Im always amazed at how people imagine the future to be like, and in this case, i feel it's so......... scary. People being pre-determined to succeed/fail in life just based on genes, tested thru blood, urine, hair, cells, whatnot. Men and women creating babies not out of love, but actually through 'choosing' the best possible combination of sperm+egg to give their child an earlier advantage in life. Competition in society has evolved such that you can CHOOSE your children. Sends me chills all over my body every time i think of that notion. Not that the parents wont love the child, but i just feel like nothing is *determined by God* anymore, but by humans. Not exactly very comfortable with that.

Anyway, i know im a very incoherent person; i can think of so many other (random) thoughts as i am typing this, and i have an urge to type it all out. Hahah so pardon me.

So many feelings/ thoughts now!! I think i shall look back at 2010, take it as a cny version of newyrs hahaha.

This yr flashed by me like WOW DID YOU SEE THAT THAT WAS LIGHTNING, lol. Yeah. It's THAT fast for me. So less time to dwell on unhappy things (being optimistic), but also less time to enjoy the happy moments. Thankfully (hmm ironic), there were more unhappy things in 2010 than 2011. Haha.

1. Breaking up/getting dumped (somewhat).
No one ever said this was easy, i used to think "time heals all wounds", yes it still holds and is still something i believe in, i just never thought it would be such a *tough process*. Really, how people get affected by love. Not that i was in LURVE, thinking back this r/s has rlly been a rushed and unthought of one. Irritating i hate myself for always being so impulsive.

I think only certain people like ver / eve / qiu knws what im going through, cuz we are all going thru this phase at the same time. Hahaha. We're all similar in different ways. More about my friends' r/s ltr.

So anyway, you can NOT believe how obsessed i became. LOLLLLLL. Not with him duh, but with...... things. Idk how to say it ugh and i'd probably sound like this pathetic fool, but i think my obsession only died off like, end of last yr. So what obsession? Eg. I kept stalking this girl's fb and even started to grow hate for her, even when i dont even KNOW her. Is this scary or what??!!!? Im scared of myself. LOL.

Thinking back from now, im so glad that when i think of *him* or anything remotely related to him, i feel nothing! For the past yr (i think we brokeup about a yr ago), such things will still affect me, like not in the *BAM IM SO SAD I WNA DIE* way, but more like little weird/uncomfortable feelings in the stomach/heart, something like a sudden wave of nausea. LOL. I am so retarded. Hahaha. And i get so *sensitive*, when i hear someone just MENTIONing his name i'd feel weird cuz i'd be like "has it something to do with me". But as "we" became "him/you/me/i", i realise that seriously, no one else thinks about the two of us as *us* anymore so no need to get so paranoid / stuffs. Yay being incoherent again.

I'd admit, there're times when i miss him, but actually, i miss the MEMORIES, and not him in particular. Like, even if it was another guy, i'd feel exactly the same. Does this mean this isnt what they call *true love*? HAHA. I feel disgusted just typing those two words out. But, cynical as i have become, deep down there's a part of me that still strongly believes everyone has someone else made EXACTLY for him/her; a true soulmate/companion/loved one. I just hope i can find mine before i die. Haha.

So actually i didnt even love/like him THAT much, why was i still affected for such a long time. Over 2010, i think i have finally found the answer. I ~~dislike~~ hate being replaced. Not only in terms of r/s. I realised for EVERY SINGLE THING, i hate that feeling. Gosh i really hate that feeling SO MUCH i have to repeat that i hate that feeling. Yes no one else likes getting replaced either, but to me, i can get so paranoid at the slightest "hint/feeling" that i am going to be taken over. Is this considered a vice?

Which brings me to my next main point in 2010.

2. Friendships. Mostly old ones.

I dont know if i should say it out here, but i guess i will be as truthful as i can from now on. On this platform. *crosses fingers no one comes here and take everything i type out of context*. So anyway, this whole "replacement" thing. It kinda happened btwn siyu and i. Not that she is even aware of it, haha.

One of the reasons why i hated 2010 so much was coz of my class. More about that later too. So anyway, every day basically i only hang out with Nat (and slum, they kinda come in a package), whom i am so grateful for as a great friend and whom i currently miss ALOT. And so i only get to hangout with siyu etc. occasionally. And whenever we do, she'll be talking about how awsm her class are, her class clique is, and how much fun they have playing and learning every day. Made me a little jealous. Hey, im human too. But i did feel happy for her, no apparent reason, guess friends just feel geniuinely happy for each other when they see they are enjoying life? :)

But at times, i did feel like i was getting "replaced" by mabel :/ Dont take it wrong, mabel is my super good friend too and i love her to bits. It's just, siyu and i have been hanging out so little, and i just feel like we dont make time for each other anymore. And to add on, i felt super inferior to most people arnd me cuz my whole life was basically in the pits. That made things much worse. I actually thought siyu would "choose" mabel ovr me cuz she's much btr in every way. Anyway sigh WHAT HAVE I TURNED INTO LAST YR. This disgusting, self-pitying (is this how you spell), unhappy, depressing, unconfident girl. I didnt even knw who i was.

So bck to that, yeah that feeling was horribleeeeeeee and it isnt something that i can make better by doing other things. It just stays and haunts you. Crazy right, people who dont know how impt siyu and i are to each other as bffs would alr have thought we're les. LOL. Btw, AH i thought of the perfect way to describe how i felt. in one of the eps of HIMYM, Ted and Robin said that in every r/s (which i think fits friendships as well), there is a SETTLER and a REACHER. A reacher always reaches out for the settler, cuz the settler is much btr than the reacher. And the settler would just settle for the reacher, and would not worry that the reacher would stop reaching for him/her at all, cuz after all, the reacher is the reacher. The settler would not worry about losing the reacher, cuz there are bound to be people much better than the reacher that will reach for the settler too. Am i still making sense?

So yeah, i felt like i was the reacher, and siyu was the settler. HAHAHA. So anyway, i was so afraid of losing siyu as a friend. Then i wouldve lost so many things just within a year. There was this particular day. Worst day of 2010 ever. I actually fought with siyu. And it was pretty serious, considering the fact that we NEVER FOUGHT. It was actl ovr yx. I rmbr it was the *peak of my crazily obsessed days*, and we started quarrelling thru smses. I was like saying why cant she just stop talking/being friends with yx, when she knws very well how we broke up. And she was like "we're in the same h3 it's inevitable we speak" then i'll be like "then why does so many ppl keep telling me they see you tgth" and blah O M G I WAS CRAZY till the point that i actually contemplated DOUBTING her??!?!!!!? Like wtf yx's not even her type. But then she said something that rlly made me v angry + heartbroken, i think it was something like "i cannot side with any of you cuz i think both of you were at fault" and something like "i am sick of being dragged into this thing, all of these is none of my bloody (yes i rmbr she used this word, maybe cuz i started using it first. oops) business". Then i immediately broke down i think, and started crying lol. I felt, even if it IS TRUE, that both me and yx are at faults in this r/s, she is my bff and bffs ALWAYS side with each other. Actl till now i still dont rlly get her when it comes to such things. Is it so hard to dao yx, really. So anyway, but part of what she said makes sense too like it's not even HER r/s, she is like being stuck in the middle (but actl there isnt even a need to feel that way, she shd NATURALLY come to my side), and so i wanted to call and apologize to her, BUT SHE WOULDNT PICK UP MY CALLS. Now that is pretty serious.

Then next day when i saw her in school, she was like happily with her clique and i tried to talk to her, she just daoed me and walk past me. I rmbr i just wanted to cry right at the canteen, RIGHT THERE. It was pretty heartbreaking. Plus the fact that i slipped off the stairs and hurt my tailbone right before that. Nat accompanied me to the toilet to clean my skirt cuz it was a rainy + muddy day, and i was like *scrub rub scrub wash wash wash CRY*; the tears just started flowing out. Omg it's like a drama. Definitely worst day ever. My world was like IN COMPLETE DARKNESS i dont knw how i survived man.

Gosh it's 11:30pm and im not even halfway thru yet. Hahahah getting lazy alr.

Anyway, im lazy so no more details, Im just glad that God kept siyu by my side as my bff, and that not only do i have siyu, i have so many other wonderful friends as well. Gwen, eve, qr, ver, layting, liying, nat, chen, deb, jieyi, yuan, chou, mabel, sheng, etc. I really really treasure each and every one of them. I realised there's rlly no need to have alot of friends, just a few impt ones will do. And yes it really is enough. I am so thankful they were around me for the past year, just guiding and supporting me along that nasty road to recovery. I would literally DIE if not for them. Like really, i think i would have committed suicide.

That said, i guess i'll stop here hahaha i will continue some other day :)

Oh how could i have forgotten, my family <3 <3 <3 I am so grateful that my r/s with my parents have gotten SO SO SO much better now. And that i have an awsmly gay bro that would make me feel like everything's okay with just a hug from him. More about my family next time too

Im starting to love the Ares fac dance 2009 hahah.
I think Ares will win fac dance (yet again) this year, but Apollo is great and aiming high too!

The last sodache session was damn hot literally, but one of the best moments.

And they want either Suikim Jialing me or another J2 senior (ahhh i forgot her name ><) to learn the lead dancer part IM LIKE WTH I DONT LOOK LIKE A HOMO OK.

Kinda learned finish the group dance moves, got some movements DAMN DAMN DAMN FUNNY AND SPASTIC totally Yuan's style la i swear.
Esp that a-go-go action, hilarious.

It was so funnnnnnny the way we were playing with the actions, like me and Bianca's firecracker and scroll dance and Hern's favourite action and all the gay Jialing movements HAHAH.

But actually if dance properly with music it looks kinda cool.
But it's hard to get the right feeling for the dance hmmmm D:
The last part is super cool anyways!!!
